1. Service Description

1.1 Service Content

• AI Debate Function: Provides intelligent debate dialogue service
• Multi-language Support: Supports debate services in multiple languages
• Audio Mode: Provides voice debate functionality
• History Record: Saves user debate history
• Subscription Service: Offers different subscription levels

1.2 Service Limitations

• For personal use only, not for commercial purposes
• Not for illegal activities or violation of laws and regulations
• Not to interfere with normal service operation or conduct malicious attacks
• Not to attempt to crack, decompile, or reverse engineer
• Not to access or use others' accounts without authorization

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Security

• Safeguard account information, including but not limited to username and password
• Update security settings promptly to ensure account safety
• Report any abnormalities immediately
• Not to transfer, rent, or lend account usage rights
• Take responsibility for all actions under the account

2.2 Usage Guidelines

• Comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China
• Respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on others' rights
• Not to publish illegal, inappropriate, or improper content
• Not to interfere with other users' normal usage
• Not to use the service for any form of commercial activity

3. Subscription Service

3.1 Subscription Types

• Basic: 30 text debates and 2 audio debates per month
• Standard: 100 text debates and 20 audio debates per month
• Premium: 500 text debates and 50 audio debates per month

3.2 Subscription Rules

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled by user
• Users can cancel at any time, but paid fees are non-refundable
• Billed per subscription cycle, prices as displayed in-app
• No refunds unless required by law
• Subscription status changes may affect service usage

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 User Content

• Users retain ownership of their submitted content
• Users grant us non-exclusive, worldwide usage license
• Users guarantee content does not infringe third-party rights
• Users agree to comply with content publishing guidelines
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

4.2 Service Content

• We retain all intellectual property rights to service content
• Unauthorized use, copying, or modification is prohibited
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or source code extraction is prohibited
• Creation of derivative works is prohibited
• All usage restrictions and terms must be followed

5. Disclaimer

• Users have the right to reject changes and terminate usage

• Takes effect immediately upon publication
• Users should regularly check for updates
• We retain final interpretation rights
• Users must comply with the latest version
• Modifications do not affect existing rights and obligations

7. Termination

• May stop using service at any time
• May cancel subscription at any time
• May request account deletion
• May request local data deletion
